Work details
Job duties
- Assist customers or visitors in office
- Making daily report about profit reports from restaurants and reporting to Japanese HQ
- Making expense reports including food cost, labor cost, business trip expenses and reporting to Japan HQ
- Administration duties for HK office
・Support office daily operations, supplies, repair and maintenance
・Manage company insurances
・Organize staff activities (business trip, booking flight or hotel, arranging meeting)
- Making SNS promotion posting about once a month
- Data analysis about the effect of promotion and making report by Excel
- Interpreter duties of communication between local staff and JP HQ
- Translation duties (ex. cooking recipe)
- Assist or support event (ex. New restaurant opening event and so on)
- HR duties for HK office

Requirement
- Good command of Japanese and Cantonese (English skill is required in writing)
- Good communication skill
- Flexible and well-organized
- Stable, Sincere and detail-minded
- At least 5 year working experience (secretary or sales coordinator will be advantage.)
- Willing to have stable routine work
- Proficient MS skill (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of using SNS (Facebook, Instagram and so on)
