<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle daily accounting duties including accounts payable, journal entries, etc
• Handle payment requests, traveling & entertainment claims, Staff reimbursement, etc
• Record and Reconcile bank transactions
• Handle bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions
• Assist with daily cash reports to keep track of bank balance
• Assist with month-end closing reports and accounts breakdown
• Maintain business partner master database and registration documents
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
