<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of accounts, bookkeeping and manage daily finance operations independently
• Ensure implementation of proper internal control procedures and comply with group accounting policies
• Liaise with external auditors and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filing
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, financial reports, and analysis for management review
• Assist in general administration duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• At least 3 years of accounting experience gained from a Japanese company
• Experience in using the SAP system will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
