Main duties are Sales assistant in trading company with Japanese customers (To B)
• Issue and handle POs
• Data input in internal system
• Delivery arrangement on transportation
• Provide sales support & after-sales services with clients
• Handle shipping documents and customer clearance
• Admin related work
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Good command of Japanese
• Proficient MS skill especially Excel skill (Excel formula, VLOOKUP and etc.)
