<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide full secretarial support to manage Japanese expatriate
- Assist customers or visitors in office
- Clerical works (document management about insurance and monthly expanses reports to Japanese HQ and so on)
- Administration duties for HK office
・Support office daily operations, supplies, repair and maintenance
・Manage company Insurances
・Organize staff activities (business trip, booking flight or hotel, arranging meeting)
- HR duties for HK office
・Attendance record administration
・Compensation and Benefit
・MPF Enrollment
・Maintain and develop employee manual
・Labor relations
- Ad hoc duties
<Requirement>
- At least 5 years of work experience of administrative or secretarial work
- Business level of English and native Cantonese
- Proficient MS office skill especially Excel and Word
- Conversational Japanese skill is advantage
