<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide all-around administrative support such as receiving and sorting daily mail, managing office supplies stock, placing orders, booking meeting rooms(80%)
• Assist the admin team in preparing company events
• Liaise with overseas branches regarding HR issues such as designing and explaining the latest HR policy, approving the new headcount, managing the appraisal meeting (20%)
• Handle travel arrangements(flights and hotels), visa renewals, and accommodation for Japanese staff in HK
• Translation and Interpretation(Japanese-English-Chinese)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English, and Chinese
• 1 year of HR experience in a Japanese company preferred
• FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
• Proficient in MS Office
