<Job Responsibilities>
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, training & development, and MPF & tax return
• Formulate and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders and provide HR strategies and recommendations
• Assist in various HR projects such as salary review
• Prepare HR reports for management
• Work in partnership with regional HR teams in South East Asian countries to ensure compliance and alignment with HR policies
• Business trip to South East Asian countries(Around 4 times/year)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. NON JAPANESE SPEAKER WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist working experience, experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
• Proficient in MS Office
