<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform daily accounting function
- Data entry at SAP system, including AR & AP, arrange company payment.
- Handle moth-end closing and issue a monthly report.
- Prepare comparative budget analysis and make PowerPoint report for directors.
- Corresponding to Audit, Transfer pricing, profit tax
- HR related duties (Salary payroll calculation, attendance management and medical)
- General affair related duties (Contract management, IT support, ordering stationery, anniversary declaration update, etc.)
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Graduated from major in accounting or finance
・More than 2 years of accounting work experience
・Licensee holder: LCCI level 2 or higher
・Good command of Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese
・Business English skill will be advantage
・Proficient MS PC skill especially power point for weekly or monthly report
