<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide all-round secretarial and administrative duties
・Translation duty (Japanese to English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
・Make Report (Newspaper translation, Import-export of Food in HK)
・Handle expenses of company (housing, transportation etc)
・Handle full set of Compensation and Benefit (staff package, MPF, Visa support for Japanese staff, housing and personal income tax)
・Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 1-2 years of relevant experiences is highly advantage
・Good team player
・Business level of Japanese, English and Mandarin skill
・Good command of Japanese literacy (able to communicate with Japanese in HQ)
・Able to type in Japanese in PC
