Job duties
- Manage existing landlord and seek for new landlord for new open or existing restaurants in Hong Kong
- Price negotiation with landlord and building good relationships
- Prepare leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, landlords’ fitting-out and refurbishment or revamping works
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in portfolio, retail or commercial leasing
- Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good negotiation and communication skill
Preferable requirements
-Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
