Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Purchase jewellery and materials for production;
- Issue material for jewellery production to meet the timeline;
- Control inventory, price and purchase budget;
- Input invoices and purchasing data;
- Liaison with suppliers to control quality and keep track of timeline;
- Cooperate with internal staff for jewellery production and goods delivery
- Act as a coordinator in Merchandising team
- Report to Merchandising Manager
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in jewellery pricing, quality control & production process;
- Able to work flexibly and multi-task under pressure;
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, dynamic and strong sense of responsibilities;
- Pleasant personality, cheerful with good communication skills
Preferable requirements:
- Good command of English or Mandarin will be advantage
