<Job Responsibilities>
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in HK and Macau
• Optimize content for publication across various social media sites
• Translate and develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts based on the guideline from JP HQ
• Liaise with production houses/ marketing agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, seasonal lightboxes, and in-store decoration
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Prepare reports and provide suggestions for the management to review
• Assist in frontline operation
• Business trip to Macau(After COVID/day trip/Once-twice/month)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 year of marketing experience preferred, ideally gained from the retail/cosmetic/skincare industry
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
