<Job Responsibilities>
• Shipment arrangement and shipping documents handling
From China to HK and then to mainly Japan, Vietnam and few to Europe
• Handling forwarder invoices and other invoices related to logistics cost
• Ensuring all shipments comply with customs requirement of the consignees
• Import / Export declaration
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Form 6 or Above
• 2~3 years relevant working experience in logistics
• Knowledge of I/E documents
• Knowledge of China customs and business
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Japanese speaking is preferred but not necessary
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Willing for business trip is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
