<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, stock reports & other reports
• Assist Manager in budgeting, forecasting & analysis
• Assist Manager in managing cash flow
• Assist in annual statutory audit and internal control
• Assist in other accounting/tax-related matters
• Liaise with company secretarial service providers
• Make sure the daily operations are performed correctly
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 10 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, Chinese
• Knowledge of SAPB1 system or ERP is an advantage
