<Job Responsibilities>
・Scheduling (Business trip, meeting, meal setting or any related occasions)
・Arrangement of appointment and setting meeting including online meeting ;attend meeting as interpreters for company (when needed) and take note in meeting
・making official business letters (especially in English) and translating documents according to chief's needs and researching about related matters
・Support and arrange for expatriate employees (visa support, ID card registration or open bank account)
・Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Japanese : Business level / N1 level or above
- Good command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
- Cantonese : Native level
- Bachelor degree or above
- Strong interest in developing and building a good relationship in economic in business occasion between Japan and Hong Kong
- Communication Skills (understand and perform faithfully what the chief needs)
- Effective liaison with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations of the company
- Sincere and polite personality
- Be aware and care details
- Willing to support Japanese companies and Japanese business
