・Compliance with relevant laws and regulations in each team, preparation of rules and manuals, operation check

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Diploma or above in any discipline; University Graduates preferable
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and Mandarin and English (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of Internal audit work (J-SOX law handling experience is strong advantage)
- Ability to work independent, good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Candidate who have working experience of handling J-SOX law for Japanese company is an advantage
