<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete operational budget, forecast, and mid-term plan and monitor the company's performance
• Issue financial reports periodically and drive the related departments to take actions required to achieve the operational budget
• Strengthen and improve the internal control system
• Ensure external financial audit is completed in compliance with HKFRS
• Prepare profit tax return and computation and handle tax inquiries from the tax authorities
• Manage cashflow including payment and receipt
• Ensure custody asset's values and existence
• Manage and supervise team members
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• HKICPA/ACCA holder
• At least 5 years of budget controlling experience and finance manager experience
• Tax computation experience is a must
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, Company Ordinance, and other related regulations (Knowledge of USGAAP is preferable)
