<Job Responsibilities>
▪ Prepare the follow-up POs with overseas and local suppliers.
▪ Prepare shipping documents
▪ Coordinate with clients, suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
▪ Prepare reports and conduct inventory control.
▪ Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
▪ Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Japanese will be an advantage.
▪ Proficiency in using MS Office software especially Excel.
▪ Positive Personality and taking responsibility for actions.
▪ Fresh graduates are also welcome.
