<Job Responsibilities>
・Handle all HR and Admin related duties (ex, recruitment, tax, salary, bonus, staff fringe benefit, MPF, staff assessment, personnel expenses budget etc. )
・Prepare monthly and annual reports such as personnel expenses and budget
・Tax equalization for expats staffs
・Arrange company insurances, body check, expats housing, Annual Party, Company Trip etc.
・Coordinate with third parties such as Company secretary, Insurance broker, HR company, Real estate agent, clinic etc.
・Update company policies and regulations and inform internal related party
・Ad-hoc and miscellaneous duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 5 years of related experiences in the company
・Working experience in the company with expats stationed in HK is advantage
・Experienced in using payroll system
・Business level of English and Mandarin
・Be able to work and negotiate with experience managers from different departments
・Lead and manage 3 subordinates in the section
