<Job Responsibilities>
- 取引先との予算やイメージに関する打ち合わせ
- デザイン案の作成（図面、模型など）、プレゼンテーション
- 施工業者の選定、依頼。及び、施工管理。
- その他関連業務

<Job Responsibilities>
-Meeting with business partners regarding budget and design image
-Project design and drafting (drawings, models, etc.), presentation
-Selection and request of contractor, construction management.
-Other related duties

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 英語ビジネスレベル
- Auto CADが使える方, Vectorworks 使えるのは利点です
- ２～３年の空間設計の経験がある方。
（仕事の流れを一通り理解し、一人でプロジェクトを回せる方）

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- 3D MAX、Photoshop、Illustratorが使える方歓迎
- 広東語日常会話レベル歓迎（必須ではない）

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, proficient in Vector Works would be a plus
- 2-3 years experienced in space design
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese
- Well-organized, independent, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experienced in using 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator will be a plus
- Relevant experience in design and drawings will be an advantage
- Japanese Speaker would be advantage
