<Job Responsibilities>
・Making financial approval sheet to Japan HQ
・Managing the payment to Suppliers/Staff’s salary and preparing the following documents(Payment/Journal/Receipt) Voucher&Cheque
・Checking Employee attendance
・Contacting to banks
・Inventory control
・Making a Monthly sales/Backlog on time.
・Payment due date management from customers
・Handling the business with local Auditor and report to Japan HQ
・Monitoring the payment from overseas branch(Thai,Vietnam)
・Visa supporting to Director’s visa and his business trip
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2-3 years of accounting duty experience
・Business level of English
・Good team player and willing to learn
