Our client, a famous bank, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Manager / Senior Manager - Surveillance, Reporting & Policy
•Formulate yearly compliance review plan and ensure compliance reviews are conducted according to the approved review plan;
•Formulate the departmental operating policies, manuals and procedures;
•Act as Head of Control Room to approve and monitor staff personal account dealings and/or transactions which may lead to conflict of interest, or irregularities such as insider dealing, etc;
•Act as the Code of Conduct Officer to approve and monitor gifts or benefits received by individual staff in the ordinary course of business;
•Prepare Compliance MIS reports for management review;
•Issue compliance alerts as and when necessary;
•Conduct compliance staff training; and
•Take up ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
