Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:
Shipping Clerk
Duties:
- Shipment arrangement for Export order to overseas countries
- Handle shipping arrangement, do full set trading document and shipping document.
- Issue shipping document / Making quotation
- Coordinate delivery related issues between factory/supplier, shipping company/forwarder(both in HK & China) and customer side.
Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- 3 years working experience to arrange shipment and its document.
- Solid experience working in trading company (both import & export trading / forwarder company)
- Well-versed in L/C knowledge, trade terms, shipment procedure.
- Good English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
