Our client, a Commercial bank, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Descriptions:
Identify target clients, work with Relationship Managers and different teams to agree sales plan
Lead business development activity for each opportunity
Lead deal through new business approval process and ongoing annual reviews
Maintain certain clients, for business development on Custody Services, promote other banking services and product
Work with product management team and operation on evolving operating model to meet client's requirements
Act as a point of contact for all queries and escalations on a daily basis
Keep up to date with new regulations, market trends and client plans to identify new business development opportunities
Review and monitor competitors propositions and success factors. Use the same to ensure our Custody services in the upper tier in this sector
Requirements:
University graduate in Finance/Accounting with minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in the financial industry and 3 years relevant experience in the Security Services(Fund Services, Custody Service)
Proven track record in business development within financial institutions, Client Services experience and demonstrate senior behaviors, take on client experience
Comfortable dealing with senior individuals and management across various functions
Sound knowledge of financial products including Equity, Fixed income, Funds, QDII, RQFII, QFII, Securities Services (Fund Services, Custody Service)
With prior experience in the areas of middle/back office operations/ Securities Services Operations, fund administration will be given priority
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), Strong presentation and communication skills, Strong Client Service Ethics, Risk Management, attention to detail and Client Focus
Good planning, organizational skill and attention to detail required, time management skills, work and make decision independently, manage priorities and act as an advocate on behalf of both internal and external clients
