Japanese Speaking Shop Development Manager - F&B

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Food Retail Chain Stores is now looking for talent to join their team -

Job Description
•Identify potential sites for shop development and carry out systematic prospecting;
•Undertake regular research to identify potential market and develop corresponding strategy to drive business growth;
•Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions with contract parties; and
•Facilitate implementation of new store openings through coordination with different teams including consultants.

Requirements
•Diploma in business management, property management or related discipline;
•Minimum 4 years solid experience in leasing management, preferably gain from shopping malls;
•Strong business network with major property developers and estate agency companies;
•Familiar with leasing procedures, tenancy agreements or other related documents;
•Presentable, strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
•Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; and
•Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; knowledge of Japanese is a highly preferred
