Chief Information Officer - Garment Manufacturer

Our client, a Garment Manufacturing Company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team: 




Responsibilities:


• Formulate the information technology of whole company, execute and implement through infrastructure in order to speed up the development of group.
• Integrate various IT systems, including Business, Finance, Human Resources etc. Set up efficient information platform.
• Identify the needs of business units to increase efficiency, optimize business work flow, lower cost through improving the information system.
• Build up knowledge platform, maintain the safety of information flow.
• Assist in R & D of new business module, including O2O operation and development of new channel, provide support and necessary skills.
• Responsible for network, hardware infrastructure, maintenance and management, ensure the stabilization and safety. 
 
Requirements:


• Degree in Computer Science or above, with 15 years relevant experience. Minimum 5 years’ comprehensive IT management experience in large enterprise.
• Able to organize and implement large IT project independently, familiar with the organization, operation and management of internal information system, has the experience on SAP project implementing would be a plus.
• Familiar with the business flow of garment manufacturing and retail, can provide optimize solution by technology skills.
• Possess experience in implementing ERP, retail, e-commerce management systems of large garment manufacturer or retailer.
• Capable of exploring new systems and programme and suggesting solution to different business units.
• Understand the business operation flow, expert in planning, restructuring and optimizing information flow in enterprise.
• Good communication and presentation skills, organization logical thinking and learning ability. Able to work under pressure.
• Good sense of responsibilities and ethics.
