<p>Responsibilities</p><p>•Lead a team of RMs to develop business for Greater China Region with main focus on China Corporate business</p><p>•Manage the risk of the existing portfolio of China Corporate accounts and deepen the relationship through cross-selling banking products</p><p>•Set annual budget for China Corporate business team and set business plan in leading the team to achieve the target</p><p>•Provide tailor-made banking solutions to clients</p><p>•Work closely with Product Specialists to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning in the region</p><p>•Monitor underlying credit risk through effective risk management</p><p>•Manage the credit process and present the case to credit committee</p><p>•Coach RMs for marketing skills, product knowledge and credit skills</p><p>
</p><p>Requirements</p><p>•A bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline</p><p>•Experienced in Greater China corporate banking business for 10 years of which 5 years is in a managerial role (can consider less experience if candidate is strong)</p><p>•Good communication in fluent both English and Mandarin</p><p>•Knowledgeable in Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Global Markets</p><p>•Experienced in preparing credit proposals </p><p>•Good at sales and relationship management in commercial bank. Being able to attract and bring new customers in</p><p>•Equipped with strong credit, risk analytical and problem solving skills</p><p>•Proven with strong leadership and people development capabilities</p><p>•Performance self-driven and sales-oriented and have strong business development skills</p><p>
