Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant as followings:
Job Description
- Receive orders and prepare documents and data entry for PO, shipping, invoice, and etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including delivery arrangement
- Liaise with Japan HQ
- Handle customer’s enquiry
- Perform ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 1 year working experience as Sales Assistant/Coordinator or Shipping Clerk
- Conversational Japanese (Able to liaise with Japanese HQ by email or rarely by phone)
- Able to support admin duties such as visiting Bank, Post Office and etc…
- Willing to work small office
- Immediately available is highly preferred *able to work from 1st of Nov
