Our client, a Japanese electronic trading company, is looking for a Logistics & Procurement Assistant as followings:
Job Description
- Ensure execution of regular purchasing duties and administrative work in East Asia Regions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to overseas/domestic suppliers from the whole Procurement to payment cycle.
- Closely work with external and internal suppliers and warehouse, to trace and track open PO and inbound shipments
- Check and input supplier shipping documents in system
- Input and manage all product and master data setup and updates in system
- Manage supplier performance tracking and follow up with action plans.
- Check and manage Import & Export License Control in whole business transaction
- Support the team on administrative works, including but not limited to, analysis reports, vendor audit, samples follow up etc.
- Perform ad hoc assignment when required
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Familiar with PO management, purchasing operation, international trading & I/E documents.
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant procurement experience in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain or Trading
- Knowledge in Oracle System or SAP System will be an advantage
- Good communication and detail mind with business sense
- Responsible, able to work under pressure and independent
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
