Japanese Speaking Business Development Manager - Toys Trading

Our client, a famous Japanese characters company is looking for below candidate
Responsibilities
• Develop effective integrated marketing activities, including digital marketing campaign, CRM, and joint promotions in order to promote the brand awareness
• Control entire A&P budget, and develop the marketing strategy
• Lead the team to work closely with marketing agencies to plan the upcoming marketing calendar
• Supervise media and event with clients to ensure good marketing outcomes in the market
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets
• Monitor the marketing and promotion planning process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
 
Requirements:
• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' marketing experiences and with 3 years in managerial level
• Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
• Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation
• Strong communication skills and business sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese


Package:
• Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 18:00 
• Double Pay 
•Kwun Tong 
• Salary up to 32K
