Our Client, a famous Japanese Toys trading company is now looking for the following talent -
Responsibilities:
• Assist Hobby Products Department for all sales admin activities such as preparing offer sheet, ordering materials, monitoring the cost, sample arrangement and internal control
• Apply license and ensure all of the products obtain the approval from licensor
• Issue the docuement accurately and quickly in order to collect the payment and catch up the shipment schedule
• Handle the whole process from purchase to delivery (e.g. PO/CO issue, warning label, manage inventory, contact warehouse
• Support marketing activities such as event venue set-up, design and making promotion materials etc
• Occasional business trip if necessary
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in supply chain, logistic or related studies
• Minimum 5 years or above related working experience
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/Level 2 of JLPT is preferred)
• Proactive, independent, mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player
Package:
• Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 17:30
• Double Pay
• Kwun Tong
• Salary up to 16K
