Work details
Our client, one of the Japanese Trading companies, is now looking for an Officer to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
Responsibilities:
• Checking documentation under Export L/C
• Prepare invoices, packing lists and other shipment supporting document
• Handle shipping, banking (bills) & insurance documents
• Keep track of payment schedule and control shipping documents
• Provide support to seniors if necessary
Requirement:
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years or above of Trade Finance operations experience in Letter of Credit processing.
• Knowledge of Import/Export, L/C operation
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Sound trade product knowledge, general banking knowledge.
• Immediate available is highly preferable
