Our client, Japanese consumer finance company is looking for an experienced auditor to join their team -
Position
Senior Officer - China Operation Planning
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
Assist in dealing with HR system matters
Assist in providing timely response to queries from China companies about HR management
Assist ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant work experience
Knowledge of PRC Employment Law and related regulations
Have PRC HR system experiences will be an advantage
Proficiency in Japanese with JLPT N1
Good PC skills such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Chinese and Japanese Word Processing
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred
