Our client, Japanese electronic company, is now looking for a Sales Coordinator as followings:
Job Description
• Follow up customer orders
• Contact customers and suppliers for delivery control
• Assist in handling shipping document
• Prepare PO, Invoice and all other relevant documents
• Handle customs declaration
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2-3 years relative working experience
• Fluency in spoken and written in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Japanese Speaker(N2 or above) is highly preferred
• Proficient in operating MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
