Job Description
• Arrange air-ticket and hotel booking
• Provide general office administration and clerical support
• Greet and serve company guests
• Handle visa application, incoming call and courier
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
• High Diploma holder or above
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (knowledge in Japanese would be an advantage)
• Willing to learn, well organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic IT knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Immediate available is preferred

• 5 day work, 8am-5pm
