Site Project Coordinator - Interior

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Interior company, is looking for a suitable candidate as followings:

Job Description
- To be responsible to manage the all affairs in their interior construction site, retail shops, malls
- To communicate with vendors, interior designers, suppliers and arrange the delivery dates, amount of items, construction period.
- Listening to the client's demand and support vendors to achieve the good designed interior of shops
- Attend meeting with Management & Client, discuss the detail of the project process and quotation, take the minutes of meetings.
- Occasional business trip to Japan.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience of project management interior firm or construction company.
- Less experience and fresh graduate who can read and interpret drawing,major in interior will be considered
- Good command of English. Basic Japanese is a plus,but not a must.
- Passionate, attitude of eager-to-learn are highly welcome.
- Strong interest on Japanese interior techniques.
