Work details
A major life insurer has the following opening:
Responsibilities:
•Handle policy service tasks e.g. policy and cheque
•Support data registration and document scanning process at VIP Centre
•Review internal procedures and update operation manual for all supporting tasks especially the follow up on different monitoring and exception reports
•Ensure the team’s daily routine meeting the most updated guidelines
•Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, review the documentation control procedures and perform system testing if necessary
Requirements:
•Tertiary education or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
•PC literate in Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
