Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a secretary to fulfill their team -
Job Descriptions:
•Preform full spectrum of secretarial support to Japanese management
•Manage daily calendar and schedule for meeting, presentation and business appointment
•Responsible for translation and interpretation
•General Admin support and Ad hoc project
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in secretarial studies or business related discipline
• Good command in both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Japanese
•At least 4 years secretarial or administrative experience Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
•Well organized, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business trip is required.
