Our client, a famous Japanese logistic and door to door delivery service company, is now looking for the below talent to join their team:
Job Description
• Provide excellent customer service for the moving work
• Issue invoice & quotation, and handle cargo
• Perform insurance arrangement
• Monitor the moving status by worksite visit
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements
• High school graduate or above
• Must have 1-2 years working experience with excellent business Japanese
• 1 year customer service or operations experience gained from logistic company is an advantage
• No related experience would be also considered
• Communication level of English
• Good customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Additional Job Information
• Mon- Fri: 0900-1815 (If assigned to work on Sat, will get day off during weekdays)
• Medical Allowance
• Annual leave (1st year-11days, 2nd year-11 days, start from the 3rd year plus one more day every year until the maximum of 15 days)
