Our client, a Japanese Healthcare company is looking for a Customer Service with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
•Handling enquiries from customers through email and phone
•To attend the customers at service counter
•Handling data entry
•Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
•Good command of English and Mandarin
•1-2 years working experience, preferably in customer service field
•Good knowledge of PC and MS Office
Package:
•Double Pay
