Work details
Our client, a Japanese toys trading company is looking for a talent to fulfill their team -
Responsibilities:
• Daily clerical work to support purchasing team
• Arrange samples & stock check inventory
• Courier arrangement & invoice settlement
• Handle the P/O, C/O issues
Requirements:
• Form 6 or above
• At least 2 years working experience about overseas customers’ order follow up
• Detail minded, aggressive, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, experience in SAP System would be a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking will be an advantage
• Require to travel to China Shenzhen Office for meeting and visit the factory if necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
