Officer – System Compliance and Control

 




Responsibilities




Assisting in controlling and issuing Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) documentations;Keeping and updating all the necessary records and indices of the Division;Performing internal SMS and QMS auditing, and follow up non-conformities results;Assisting in writing up / amending SMS manuals, forms, documents, etc.;Assisting in planning, drafting and amending QMS documentation of the Division;Carrying out other duties as instructed by superiors.



Requirements




Tertiary education in Business Administration, Engineering, Nautical/Maritime, or relevant subjects;Passed in the internal auditor course for either ISO9001:2008 standard or ISM code; and with the implementation experience;Ship operation experience is preferred;Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc.;Mature and can work independently; good communication skill and be able to deal with different level of people easily.
