Company Overview<br/>Our client, a famous Japanese logistic and door to door delivery service company, is now looking for the below talent to join their team<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>• Handle daily incoming enquiries / booking for local & overseas clients and overseas office<br/>• Receive and process shipping instructions <br/>• Support Sales and Customer Service team work<br/>• Maintain good communication with sales, warehouse, customer and overseas office<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines<br/>• Proficiency in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)<br/>• 1-year or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics company<br/>• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<br/>• Self – motivated and well organized with strong sense responsibility<br/>• Able to work independently to meet deadline and stable and eager to learn<br/>• Immediate available is highly preferred<br/>• Fresh graduate would be also considered<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>Working Hours<br/>Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 06:15 pm<br/>Annual leave<br/>Bonus: Discretionary<br/>Medical<br/>Free Shuttle bus<br/>Other benefit: Education Allowance, Marriage Leave etc. (after 1 year service)<br/>Location: San Po Kong<br/><br/>
