Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the following talent -
Job Duties
To perform full spectrum of humans resources functions; including but not limited to compensation and benefits; training and development; recruitment; etc. To prepare regular human resources report for management review; such as leave and attendance report; overtime report; etc. To assist in establishing and implementing human resources policies To support in organizing company functions and activities To provide secretarial and administrative support to the division To perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources is preferable At least 4-5 years' relevant working experience in sizable companies Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge in Japanese is preferable Proficiency in MS office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Self-initiative, responsible, well-organized and be a good team player Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
