Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
Job Description
- Assist in monthly closing (AR voucher, data collection, customers’ statements, inventory etc.)
- Assist in monthly payroll and expenses
- Handle team member’s trip booking, e.g. hotel,flight tickets etc.
- Handle daily courier
- Meeting interpretation
- Organize team building activities
- Contact vendors and keep relationship with them
- Order office supplies
- Office stock taking
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Around 1-2 years or above experience as Administrator
Around 1-2 years experience in Japanese company is preferred
Good command of Japanese,Mandarin and English
Outgoing,Team player
