Our client, Japanese pharmaceutical company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Handle enquiries from Japanese customers by Email
- Order follow up, data processing, routine documentary preparation and delivery arrangement
- Perform admin duties such as document filing, data entry, prepare company dinner and etc...
- Any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese, especially speaking &writing Email
- N1 certificate is a must
- Worked more than 2 years for each previous company
- Proficient in MS Office, e.g. MS Word, Excel
- Good communication skill and willing to support wide-range duties
Package
- HKD 18,000 – 22,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 18:00
- Annual Leave: 7 days/ first year Max/14days
- Double Pay & Discretionary Bonus
- Monthly perfect attendance allowance
- TST
