Job Description
-Support collection procedures in the vehicle and equipment finance division
-To compile with the company collection policy
-Perform telephone dunning call to overdue accounts
-Offer assistance to customers having financial problems through negotiation and settlement
-Control and monitor the process for the case under legal action with management
-Prepare daily overdue reports and analysis
-Provide quality Customer services
-Responsible for general clerical duties and phone inquiries
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Higher Diploma or above
-Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in consumer loans collection
-Customer Service in Financial industry
-Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
-Good command of English and Mandarin
-Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
