Job Description
- Manage and supervise the Customer Service Team
- Support the Sales Team to prepare quotations and reports
- Handle inquiries from overseas branches and customers
- Keep track and trace the shipment status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding industry related to sales & marketing
- Applicant with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Customer Service Supervisor
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Japanese
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
