Our client, Japanese beauty salon is now seeking HR&Admin officer
Job Description
-Assist and be in charge of general HR & Administration duty
- Prepare Employment Contract, MPF application and Tax Return
- Assist to maintain and renew Fire & Public Liability Insurance & Group Medical Plan
- Documents collection & data input (including supplier invoice, daily sales)
- Prepare voucher and issue cheque
- General office admin work etc.
-Manage and update staff information
- Assist any ad-hoc duties
Requirements
-Good command of English and Manadarin
-Above 1 years' experience in HR and Administration field
-Working experience in Japanese Company is an advantage
-Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit
-Immediately available is preferred
