Our client, a traditional electronic and manufacturing company is now looking for the following candidate as below.
Job Description
•Handle customer’s enquiries and service requests by phone and email
•Prepare sales reports and related documents
•Perform data entry and follow up sales order
•Coordinate with customers on shipment schedule
•Work closely with internal parties on order delivery
•Liaise and maintain good relationships with customers
•Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
•Form 5 or above
•At least 1 year experience of customer service or sales administration
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Chinese / English word processing
•Immediately available is preferred
